MobiGym Trainer Academy – Level 1: Junior Trainer Certification

Level 1 prepares a trainer to assist sessions, conduct assessments, and operate equipment safely, while understanding the philosophy behind MobiGym.

Duration: 4–8 weeks

This course introduces trainers to the MobiGym longevity training methodology.

Participants learn the foundations of:

• longevity-focused coaching

• client assessments

• strength and cardiovascular training principles

• equipment safety

• communication and coaching fundamentals

Upon completion, trainers will be able to assist client sessions, conduct assessments, and safely operate MobiGym equipment.
