At MobiGym, we stand behind our science-based approach to longevity and wellness with a clear commitment to measurable results. We guarantee that members who fully follow our prescribed program will see improvements in at least one key biomarker of health and longevity. Specific results will vary by individual, and improvements are based on your personal baseline measurements. We focus on meaningful, sustainable progress rather than quick fixes or temporary changes.

Within six weeks of starting the program, you should feel and see major results.
The number one reason is safety. If you train with free weights until true meaningful muscular failure, you won’t be able to guarantee you can control the weight at the end of each set. That means you can drop the weights on yourself (or others) or seriously pull a muscle trying to control the mass. Machines eliminate this danger completely.
